Connect 21 is a
development situated close to the centre of Peterborough just off of the A1139
with close access to the A1 (M). The initial building consists of six cores
with 100 mixed private and rented 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
This is
the first phase of an extensive development of houses and apartments over the
coming years. Heating and domestic services have been provided to each
apartment with a mixture of both combination boilers and unvented fully
pressurised systems installed. Subterranean tanks and pumps provide boosted
cold water to each core. |

Kittiwake House
is a development of 78 shared/rented 1 & 2 bedroom apartments situated in
the centre of Slough.
Heating and domestic services have been installed
to each property, with fully pressurised heating systems. An underground plant
room has been installed containing a 7000 Litre cold water storage tank and
pump set which provides boosted cold water to the entire development. |

Enstone Manor,

This project to
convert agricultural buildings into an impressive Manor House was a complex and
demanding one. Warburton Building Services Limited were involved from the very
early stages of the plan, helping with the design of the mechanical services
installation, lighting controls, audio systems, and the data and door access
installations, as well as the general lighting and power circuits.
The
first phases of this extensive project concentrated on the main house, while
the second took in the outbuildings, indoor tennis court, sauna room, gym and
equestrian barn which were all included in the design. |

to redevelop a former shoe factory in the centre of Northampton into 40
residential units for both rented and shared accommodation, with an additional
new block added to the existing building.

have been installed to each property with the addition of a fire sprinkler
system to the top floor duplex apartment. |
